One box per month: for every district, the correlation (r, −1 to +1) between that month's satellite readings and the district's final CEC yields across the recorded seasons. The box shows how those district correlations spread, coloured by the month's median r — red negative, yellow none, green positive. Months well away from yellow are when conditions matter.
